Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled trip will incur a 50% charge. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your tour. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour will incur a $25 fee. Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions, including severe storms or unsafe ice conditions. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule to a future date. No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will not be refunded.
